Transfer the primary admin role in QuickBooks Desktop
QuickBooks Desktop has 2 different admin types you can transfer: the company primary admin and the Intuit Account primary admin. You only need to transfer the Intuit Account primary admin if you’re changing the admin for any add-on services like payroll and payments.
