The UAE Minister Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi meets with Julphar to enhance national pharmaceutical production and establish healthcare independence.
His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi served as both Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Chairman of the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE) during his inspection at Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) to enhance the pharmaceutical sector of the UAE.
The delegation succeeded in viewing advanced manufacturing facilities with H.E. Dr. Maha Taysir Barakat and H.E. Dr. Fatima Al Kaabi and other EDE officials leading the visit at Julphar. National pharmaceutical capabilities received support during this visit which accelerated essential medicine self-sufficiency objectives.
Julphar earned recognition from Dr. Al Zeyoudi for its innovative work while the organization served as an example of the expanding pharmaceutical market structure in the UAE. He emphasized that enabling domestic production power stands as the most vital strategy for economic transformation and public health defense.
